OK, just switched to FIOS from Optimum & my phone says "Voicemail msg. via phone co"
How do I access this msg ? I tried #86, but it requires a PIN. How & where do I generate a PIN ?

I would highly recommend downloading a copy of the "Fios Digital Voice user guide." It contains a lot of helpful information concerning the features available with the service.
On page #22 of the guide, it says that the starter passcode is the last four digits of the Digital Voice telephone number.
Once logged in, follow the prompts to set up the voice-mail, including the creation of a new passcode.
