Every time I try to place a long distance type of call. I just got Fios and Freedom Essentials for my home I was told I can now do long distance calls in the us for free but every time I try to call back east or my aunt who lives 2 citys away I keep geting line u are calling from is on restriced service.

I am surprised they are still giving Freedom Essentials, rather than FIOS Digital Voice to new FIOS customers.
