problem connecting to server

I have been trying to transfer 2 lines to my own account, 1 was successfully transferred on Feb 18th,2023. The other line i was told it was successfully transferred & to give it to some time because that number was in the transfer process. Monday Feb 20th, 2023 i got in contact with verizon & they submitted an incident ticket. I had the other account send me a new transfer request, i got through all of the steps but when i get to the page that says review your estimated monthly cost & i try to review & submit it, it says "we are experiencing a problem while connecting you to the server. Please try again later" & it wont let me do anything else, everytime i reach out to verizon agent they are no help with getting this taken care of and i am getting very irritated.
