My phone line has not worked for quite some time. Your troubleshooter on the website does not work. I finally called a few weeks ago and the representative stated someone needed to be home when a repair person came out. We set up for someone to come this past saturday, 5/17/14 between 8-10am.
On Friday, I had not received any type of confirmation about this, so checked the website, which stated there were no open repair requests. I sent an email in regards to this, which i have not yet received a response from.
On Saturday I was up and home, waiting for someone to come between 8-10 am. No one showed up.
At this point I still have a phone that doesn't work that I pay for and now I am also dissatisfied with Verizon as a company. I would expect this to be resolved as soon as possible.
