I signed up for the NFL+ Premium Annual on 9/13/23. It worked up until last weekend 10/29/23 when it started to get a bit glitchy. Then starting on 11/3/23 it completely went out and I have no access. The nfl.com website says that I don’t have a subscription. I can’t watch any content on the website or app as they immediately take me to a page where I would need to subscribe straight from nfl.com. The bad thing is is that NFL has no phone number for customer service. They say that you’re supposed to be able to contact via email if you pick a topic and it’s not resolved but that has been a no go. Verizon rep connected me to a phone number for NFL Sunday Ticket and YouTube TV. No one can resolve this situation and I’m out of the annual subscription price as I can’t cancel it and I can’t talk to anyone to cancel or at least resolve the situation, which is what I would prefer. Does anyone else experience this issue or have a resolution?
