$83.87 Verizon Wireless collections on credit report

I hope you are doing well. I, like many other customers not notified of debt prior to collections note on credit report, called Verizon Wireless and was transferred 3 times to different people and was promised that Verizon will remove the collections on my credit report upon paying the debt owed. I paid the debt and when I inquired about the removal of collections report from my credit report I was abruptly cut off. I called back several times within the operating hours and the automated system stated that they were suddenly "unable to connect me at this time". The conversation was recorded for quality assurance. All the names of representatives, times statements were made, and the statements in its entirety made by Verizon customer service representatives were documented. May I please have a timely update on the status of the collections removal from my credit report? Thank you.
