My iphone broke and Verizon sent me out a replacement iphone.
I returned my broken iphone back to Verizon in the package they provided.
I have the Tracking number, I have proof of delivery from UPS.
Verizon claims they never received it. They charged me some $2k. I disputed the charge, Amex removed the charge. Verizon charged me again, I disputed the charge, Amex removed the charge.
I cancelled out the Amex card and got a new one.
Verizon is harassing me with threats of debt collection.,
I returned the phone
I have proof

I got charged $999 for one and $1299 for another plus taxes for phones I don't have. it's been a huge mess of empty promises and not noting my account to be called a liar, yelled at hung up on . and even refused to get me a supervisor. I have been told now again that my account is going to be turned off again if I don't pay the fee's on top of other charges, they put on that they said they wouldn't. I regret switching from my last carrier. I have been dealing with this for about 7 months now. and i was supposed to have management from high up call me but that hasn't happened either. they just dont care about the stress and your time they put you thru..

I turned off autopay.
I want to turn autopay back on & do it with Chase then report fraud, but I think they only take Verizon credit card.
You return the phone right away & this is how they treat you. 22 years & they treat me like this?
6 hours & 2 mos. & you can’t fix it? I charge
$120/hour so looks like they owe me.
No one is this incompetent.
All of my friends have left Verizon enraged.
