I’m trying to talk to a person at Verizon financial services and all it tells me is that I have to make a payment before I can talk to someone. I tried to chat and the same thing. If they can’t do anything to help me with my payment then they can’t do anything but let a person tell me that not a computer. Anybody else have this problem? Any work around that anyone knows of??
