Asking on behalf of a friend who is going through this situation…Bought 2 new phones from Verizon and unfortunately due to financial issues I am unable to pay for services. Received letter subject line stating “cure the default “ or something like that. If not paid by certain time I don’t know what will happen next? Will I be sent to court or what is the next step after this letter . I know phones and phones line will be disabled.. but that’s all I know .. please help
