I ported 4 lines over to Verizon about a week ago. Today I received the email below. It doesn't make sense as all 4 lines have been in use. When calling 866-451-1237 I am greeted by Verizon Financial Services and immediately prompted for a PIN. I spoke with a Verizon support agent via chat and they stated that 1) This is not a valid Verizon phone number and 2) that Verizon did not send me this email. Suggesting this may not be legit and to forward the email to [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]
Can anyone confirm whether this is a legit request from Verizon?
