How am I suppose to even be able to get answers from a recording that hangs up on me and tells me to visit verizon.com where it tells me please restore your service to speak to a live representative!?!?! If I could restore my service I already would have done this and wouldn't need to speak to a live representative. There is absolutely no customer service anymore with verizon. And the payment arrangement I had just dissappears all of a sudden and is no where to be found?! Also I just spoke to someone on 10/25 about it to let them know what was going on, but there is no record of anything now and my service is just off?? Do they even review the accounts before they turn the service off?

Hi, we understand how important it is to have service. As you're getting a recording when you call Financial Services, it means the only option available is to pay the past due to restore services, there are no arrangement options available.
