Geeetings,
I am behind 1 day before my 30 days was looking through the fine print and it states you would not disconnect services on Jan 2. My service was interrupted today and I have a payment arrangement for tomorrow. Then there’s no way to reach anyone about the situation. I’ve tried many methods, this is the first time I was behind after a year. What’s the issue? Why can’t we get ahold of an agent? Also, what are the steps to restore service when payment arrangement is for tomorrow? Please help

I was billed incorrectly and then told my updated payment would be extended without service interruption. Surprise.. Surprise my service was disconnected and to make it worse I was in the doctors getting diagnosed with Covid and could not make a call due to this error.
Not being able top speak to a human is not okay when dealing with your finances on top of being ill. I am more than upset and feel unwelcome as a customer from Verizon, I need then to find other options to assist customers.
Can someone assist me a way to speak with financial services when human interaction is needed???
A returning customer that feels like they are in a toxic relationship with Verzion

The same thing happened to me, only THREE TIMES. Then a couple months later they charged me for activation and deactivation fees per line per time and even after I was told multiple times I wouldn’t be charged for said fees. I still was. Over $700 for a bill of charges from an error on Verizon’s end! It’s insane. And they want to charge for to speak to a live agent. It’s a joke. Good luck to you.

Thank you for reaching out to us in this platform. Verizon understands that in some instances is not possible to make a payment on time, and we offer you different options. Please tell us a little more, how did you make a Payment Arrangement? Did you try calling from your Verizon cell phone or from another line to our Financial Service number 1-866-266-1445?
~Maria
