Disconnection

My services disconnected and I’m under 30 days! I have been having a hard month or so due to hurricanes and Verizon does not want to help me restore my services! I scrape up my payment every month due to having to survive a hurricane! Now I’m about to lose my job due to my service being disconnected and I am under 30 days late on my payment! I thought Verizon was supposed to help? 

help me I’m a small business owner who need the service to survive this phone being off will have me homeless! In 30 days I will be making almost 10k a month with pending signed contracts and I can’t get Verizon to help me at all.

To clarify, service can be temporarily suspended by Financial Services if the total balance is not cleared by your due date (see "I'm already past due on my Verizon mobile bill. Can I make a payment arrangement?" here: https://www.verizon.com/support/promise-to-pay-faqs/

Service can be reconnected by bringing the account current. That being said, we understand your current situation, and our Financial Services (FS) team can also help review payment arrangement options if needed.

No it doesn’t help me because I have to go through hoops and hurdles to try to call! Due to Verizon blocking my calls due to being disconnected! 

let me look at other services that would not block they customers due to disconnection!

 

I pay almost 200 a month for 1 line and it seem like Verizon is all about the money!
