I spoke with financial services today. I had to speak with 5 different people to finally get a positive outcome for the situation. The “highest manager on duty today,” Jarinju was super rude. Got to the point of us going back and forth and when I told her I was done arguing with her and asked for someone else because I was tired of arguing with her instead of transferring me she hung up on me. She shouldn’t be working in customer service acting like that. She showed she has no customer service
