I keep getting letters in the mail from Verizon Wireless addressed to someone who doesn't live at my address. It looks like someone used my address to sign up for Verizon Wireless service and the opted for paper billing to be send to my address.
I'm not a Verizon customer so this is not a problem with my bill or service. I want to stop receiving these letters that belong to someone else. I tried writing "Do Not Set"/"Not at address"/"Return to sender" and dropping it in my mailbox, but Verizon billing keeps sending these letters to my address!

I have the same issue. What did Natasha, the customer service agent, recommend?

Is it possible that the other person used to live at your address and they skipped out on paying their bill? Otherwise, I'd say the other person is a con artist making up addresses/phone numbers to sign up for whatever but can't or won't pay the bill, so then the collection agencies eventually come to bug you instead.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
