I went to a Verizon store because the flyer I got in the mail from Verizon TOLD me it had to be done instore.  Only of course to find out later from Verizon on the phone that they don’t own that store and claim all those in-person stores are owned by Victra.  This matters later on when both will keep passing the buck as the other companies fault and they will expect you the customer to pay.

I went with a bundle deal on a new iPhone 15, an iPad and an Apple Watch.  I returned everything within the allowed time.  Even a day prior then the guaranteed time.  I wanted even more hours in-store with Victra to cancel my account and took all the devices back and they gave me a receipt showing the return.  Then charged me a so called instore service fee of $35 for each device.

Soon I got a bill from Verizon.  I ignored it because I knew I turned everything back in and had switched back to my old provider.  I assumed the paperwork was just catching up.  A month later the bill was now nearly $1,500 (for less than 3 days!!?? With a phone that never connected to their service because the store couldn’t get it work.) horrible. I finally called Verizon and that’s when they explained they couldn’t find my phone number (yeah I moved back to my old cell service) and that I had made the purchase in person at a store so I would have to go back to that store to have them fix it.

So I spend another 3 hours of my life in this Victra store. And they call Verizon and Verizon says they have to create the ticket for the phone return not showing.  And Verizon can’t make the ticket. Blah blah blah.  Not my problem. I did my part and returned everything on time.  Victra claimed at the end of 3 hours that they are blocked with a firewall to the website they need to make this ticket.  Basically so I will go away.  They claimed when their company removed the firewall they would put that ticket right in. It’s been weeks and I still have Verizon harassing me that I owe them a debt.  When I call Verizon customer service they won’t answer. Won’t let me talk to a human.   So I gave up trying to help them help themselves with the problems they created but want me to pay for. I don’t know but I know I have the receipt showing I returns everything. I’m not paying for them
