I switched services to T Mobile thru Keep and switch programSept2024. Paperwork has been sent in 3 times, last bill sent in. I am getting phone calls regarding owing 827.00 balance.
If this is something where T-Mobile was supposed to buy out your phone or pay off your Verizon contract, then you'll have to take it up with T-Mobile as to why they aren't honoring their promotion.
Otherwise, I'd say the $827 is likely some combination of having to immediately pay off your device or early termination fees for leaving a contract if you were on a 36 month deal and left before the 36 months were up.
