My brother and son are on my Verizon account, my brother was on a "Sub-account", what ever that is. Not sure why it was set up that way, or why it's a "Thing", but when we went into upgrade his phone I decided to move his line over to have all 3 lines on the same bill. It was supposed to save money.
After spending over 2.5 hours at the Verizon store trying to get rid of the Sub-account, the new bill came, my phone bill and son's bill went UP $10 each, my brother's went down $20.
Then, yesterday I received a Collection's Notice from MRS BPO Collections agency for a $59.63 charge. I have NO IDEA what this charge is for. We paid EVERYTHING that we were billed for, I pay on auto pay so what is going on?!
After Googling the company, I find that this has been happening in the Verizon universe for years!
I have been a Loyal Verizon Customer for 29years, always felt like I was getting the best service, but come on Verizon! How can I get this removed and cleared from my credit report?!
Is this the year I change Cell Company's??

Before anything, thanks for your 29 years of business with the company, we truly appreciate your loyalty. We know the importance of managing your account, especially if you got a collection agency notification. Verizon is here to help.
The price difference you mentioned, is for all lines under the same account (or are they still seperate)? What plan and feature changes were made when uniting the services (it that occurred)? Does the collection letter confirm the sub-account information?
