Verizon accepted a $150 payment to restore services then a week later turned our account back off without warning. There is something wrong that is causing our bill to be nearly $500 and we can't speak to anyone about it without paying it which will be impossible until the dispute is settled.

can't do anything I been trying to get ahold of customer services for the past week about this issue and they cut my services off after I told them too many times when I was able to pay and they said I would have 10 days from the payment arrangement I made and well that was a lie and now I can't talk to anyone I have a important job offer this week I need my services on and I want to take my phone and number to another provider
