I’ve been trying to get financial hardship assistance to restore service but I’ve been unable to reach a live rep. Is there anyway I can reach one . My service is already disconnected.

I am never able to speak with a live representative!! It always tells me go to verizon.com and I do, but there it says speak with financial services. I am like I tried I can't get past the recording it hangs up on me!! And my service is off so how am I suppose to call the number you give me?? I have had verizon for 3 years and the customer service has never been this bad!!! I am definitely switching carriers, and I am glad I am finally out of my contract. There are so many options now besides verizon and I am definitely going with the one that has good customer service
