I’m soooooo disappointed with Verizon customer service! I called for the promotion trade in your old phone any condition and save 1000 and they f me over. There was another promotion it was get a new line save 1019.00. Well I told them I wanted the first promotion I would trade my old iPhone 13 Pro Max for the trade in. I received my new Iphone had a new number called customer service telling them I don’t want that number asked to transfer my old number because that’s what I wanted in the first place (the trade in iPhone promotion). They said they couldn’t do it because I placed the order I asked what can I do they said I can pay 10$ a month which would come out to $360 for the 3 years (the contract I hadwith them)to keep my old number as a secondary line! I didn’t want that I asked what else can I do they said I can return the phone and get a new one but they needed the old iPhone 16 pro max first before sending a new iPhone 16 pro max BUT the promotion will end on the 18 of December and they can’t guarantee I can still get the promotion when they send it out so I didn’t risk it. Later I called telling them well I will pay the $10 a month to keep my old number can you guys do the second promotion since it’s a new line and I’ll still save 1019.00 and I can just keep my old iPhone 13 Pro Max. Get this! They said no you can’t, you place the order as a trade in! So I got a new line for no reason have to pay $10 a month for 36 months to keep my old number and trade in my old iPhone! Y’all how ridiculous is this! Don’t call customer service to place an order this is so dumb I called 8 times 8 times to figure this out! I don’t even know if it’s worth it now the stress the sadness and to waste money!
