I am an old Verizon wireless customer, I had a disagreement when I left verizon about the balance left on my account when I left verizon. I tried to call you guys many times to settle it down, since it was not a correct amount that you guys were charging me. I recently see that you guys have damaged my credit history, this is so so unethical, it takes life time to build it. I need you guys to fix it.
