Good Day Verizon Community,
Writing this post to share that for whatever reason if your account is suspended, Verizon will advise there are ways to get someone on the line but up until today you only had a few options.
1. Just pay what is owed to restore service in 15 Mins to 4 Hours.
2. Borrow someone else’s phone in which you still won’t get connected once you put your number in.
3. Visit a Retail Store
Don’t waste your time chatting in either. They can only assist you with a secured payment arrangement and this does not guarantee services will even be restored. If you have valid enough reason as to why you shouldn’t be suspended please try this as it worked for me today.
Through your “My Verizon App” Select the “More” tab.
Under “Support” select “Contact Us” and “Schedule Callback” Your reason should be “Account/Billing” and select the date and time available.
I was able to get my account back active and my pending reconnect fees waived due to my evidence and their faulty system.
