I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for 21 years. Your resent adventure with AI customer service is terrible and will likely cause me to move to another carrier. I selected the option online to make two payments to pay my bill. I made a payment on 7/22/25 in the amount of $400 yet my account was suspended on 7/25/2025 because $51 was not paid. In attempt to explain that I selected the 2 payment option I get stuck in an AI loop which can only process limited linear choices. It is terrible. I have already switched from Fios due to poor customer service and rising rates. It looks like I will be exploring options.
