Unable to get a live agent

I spoke with an agent on chat through the Verizon app to setup a payment arrangement.  She told me she got approval to do the arragement and that everything was all set.  Now today my service has been disconnected for past due amount.  I am not able to get through on the phone with a live agent to look at my account, or through chat.  This is ridiculous!!!  I need some way to get to a live person to have them look at the notes on my account.
