Two years ago I closed my account, paid everything that I thought I owed, and joined my wife's Verizon plan.
Just now, my mortgage lender told me there is a $76 collections from Verizon linked to my SSN. She told me to call and get a deletion letter that she can then take back to the bureaus.
How do I contact collections? I have been unsuccessful in finding a number or any contact info.
