Verizon Fraud Team are the FRAUDS

Once again i called the fraud team and giving the same scripted conversation. Ask for a supervisor and he follows his script. Telling me its still being investigated then in the same sentence tells me it has been denied. Then heres the kicker i ask him what my name is he cant tell me. then i ask what was my application number he dont know that either but hes telling me hes looking at my application. You cant tell me why there is a credit hold. you cant answering anything i ask. you wont give me a way to ID myself which was one of the many reasons you gave me. Seven phone calls and i know nothing. im pretty sure it got flagged after i made an online order and went into the store to pay for it, due to the online payment center not taking my payment. the greedy sales lady in the store wanted the comission ran a new app computer flagged me right away. online sales guy did an awesome job. Thats fine, my issue is the simple fact the fraud team keeps this cherade going by not seeing the issue its there job, then not giving me anyway to fix the issue by identifying myself and whatnot. Their system is seriously flawed. Can anyone tell me who i can talk/chat with to fix the issue which is all on verizons end. Hours and hours wasted on the texing and calling support and they cant tell me whats going on or a way to fix. i want a written explanation why and what i need to do to fix it. If not we need to file a complaint with BBB. dont be afraid to file a complaint it takes only a few minutes. Verizon we need answers.
