When we changed from T-mobile to Verizon, we were told that we would be receiving $200 Visa gift cards per line for switching ( 4 lines). T-mobile did what they could to keep us as customers. But the option of getting $800 in Visa gift cards tipped the scales in Verizons favor. After weeks of trying to get the cards, hours of time speaking with useless representatives and the never ending on hold time, we finally received an email regarding gift cards. To my complete disappoint we were sent Verizon gift cards. I immediately contacted Verizon regarding this switch. Again, I was transferred to every department possible with no solution in sight. When requesting to speak to a supervisor I was told on several occasions that none were available. Finally, I was transferred to a supervisor explained what happened and was told that they would take care of the mistake and send the correct cards. I even went as far as recording the call. The representative acknowledged their mistake and assured me that he would call me back. Never heard from him again! Back on the phones again today and spoke with Supervisor John Rep# *****. He said he will take care of it and get the correct cards sent and call me back. That call was also recorded. I am still waiting on the call back!!!!! I am really tired of having to chase down these gift cards that we were promised. I have spent countless hours trying to get this resolved. It feels like Verizon is just hoping that if you waste enough of peoples time they will just take the Verizon gift cards and forget about pursuing any more.

We received the Verizon gift cards today. The representative at the Verizon store said Visa gift cards.
