How can I block my elderly mother with ALZ from calling 411 and Operator Assistance? She's running up a huge bill calling over and over.
I looked through the Fios Digital Voice user guide and don't see a "native" way to block calls to 411. The service can block calls to international telephone numbers as well as different pay-per-call types.
My thought would be to call either Verizon Sales or Support (sales might be a good first choice) to see what they say.
