I would like to have an old POTS copper wire box removed from our backyard. We have been living here for more than 17 years and no one has ever used it or serviced it. The neighborhood has had FIOS service for many years. The Verizon website does not provide any information/contact info for doing this, although I see that many other people have the same issue. Is there a request form? Whom do we contact?
