Can someone advise me how to remove a phone number from the call blocker list that was entered there by mistake. (Fios Digital Voice) Thank you

Did you ever get an answer to your question? I am having the same problem...I cannot figure out a way to remove a number from call blocking without completely deactivating call blocking altogether.
Calling Features > Incoming Call Block > Change Settings
On the Phone Management page under the section "Call Features", scroll down to "Incoming Call Block" and click on the right carat symbol. The pop up "incoming call block active" will appear. Select the "call block" tab and then select "reject calls from certain numbers". This will enable the addition (up to 100) or deletion of specific phone numbers to block.
