Although my overall connection speed is great (pings come in at <10ms on average), I'm experiencing some pretty bad packet loss. I didn't really notice it until I recently purchased a PC game (Modern Warfare 2) that is pretty much unplayable online. Now that I'm looking at a total waste of $59 for the game, I'm eager to try to fix the problem!

Is there anything I can do? Any router settings I can change (I have the MI424WR model)? Can I contact Verizon for help? Any help at all would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
