When trying to access my DVR online I keep getting a "Bad Gateway" error. The DVR works and records using the remote.
try a 2nd browser, and if that doesn't work, then use the contact us link that verizon provides at the bottom of the page, and do a chat support. they seem pretty well adept at fixing issues like that.
Had this issue several times. Called support and asked for a box reset and port re-mapping!! Up and running minutes later!
