After waiting 65 days from beginning Fios internet service, I received the email to redeem my $50 gift card. After many attempts to redeem the gift card via the link, it has still not been successful. Either an error message appears or the page never loads. I also see that there are a large amount of posts where people are having the same issue. I would like assistance with this as there is also a message on my account that says if I don't redeem it within 60 days, it will expire.
