Trying to do anything with my account online gives me this:

It sends me to this page:

I can see several people have had this problem in the past, and typically it is hard to get VZ to resolve. It's been going on for weeks for me (at least). I called the ECenter and they said try back next week. Ridiculous.
Anyone know how to get VZ to fix this without a lot of runaround? Seems like it should be pretty simple for a technology company to fix a webpage.
