What do you on a self install?
its pretty straightforward in the instructions. You connect the router to the ont via ethernet/coaxial if you have tv its a little harder. But once you connect your router hook a computer to the lan port and login to the website given to activate your service.
your login and password are on the verizon router.
now if you are using your own router without tv its still hooking to the ont and waiting for dhcp to be obtained, then again go to the account setup website and follow the directions.
best time to call is 8 am till 5 pm eastern daylight time to actually not wait to long.
