The plastic covering that goes over top the cable wiring is off. All the wires are exposed. How can I have Verizon replace/fix this. I tried calling customer support and was on hold with a machine for 30 minutes before it sent me to the main menu. Please give me a direct number to call someone. If I have to call and wait on hold for a long time again, just to be redirected to the main menu, I will be switching to Xfinity for cable and to Sprint for wireless.
