I am moving soon and taking a vacation in between my current and new home. I called to schedule an installation of Fios services for when I return — being extra specific of my move-out date and when I would no longer need service. They disconnected my service over the weekend — two days early — and I cannot do any of my work or tasks that require a computer (printing plane tickets, itineraries, etc.) Spent an hour on a support line for them to tell me the responsible department is closed and wouldn’t be able to come until Monday. Support representative was NOT helpful and couldn’t escalate or provide viable alternatives. Very frustrated, losing money, and not even able to use services I already paid for. Insane.
