The guide on my set-top boxes all all out of sync, i wanted to record the new episode of iCarly for my sister which was supposed to be august 13th at 8pm, but it doesn't show on the guide!!!

Try using the guide online here and manage your DVR online. It seems to work well for me and some
others that I know.
