I recently moved to a new condominium building that is serviced by verizon Fios. I was able to verify fios availability for other units in my building via your online tool: https://www.verizon.com/inhome/qualification. However, my unit does not appear in the database online, and when I called the FIOS sales line they told me to explore other service providers!
I'm piggybacking on another user's post (who references still other users) with the same exact problem: https://forums.verizon.com/t5/Fios-Internet/Fios-in-building-but-not-unit/td-p/898889. Seems like they got prompt attention on these forums... I'm hooping for the same. Can somebody please escalate this for me?
