How to get the 75/75 Mbps deal?

Hi,

I'm a current Verizon Fios customer. My 2 year contract is about to end in less than 30 days. I currently have the 50 Mbps internet with Prime TV and Digital Voice. When I try to renew and create my own bundle, there is no option to select 75/75 Mbps. It goes from 50/50 and then to 150/150.

Please give me the 75/75 Mbps $89,99 deal on a 2 year contract.

These are peer to peer forums so Veizon isn't going to respond.

If 75/75 isn't showing it means it either a.) isn't available in your area or b.) your ont isn't set up for it.

Some people had to have their ONT's upgraded to get it and others just can't get it at all for whatever reason.

Also I don't know if that $89.99 offer you mentioned is a new customer deal or not, but if it is there's no way you'll get it for that price. What you should do is call 1800-Verizon and see if you can talk to a rep. about the 75/75 option not being available to you and why. Hopefully you'll get lucky and will get a knowledgable rep and not one who will just make things up.
