M y television was broken by the technician who came to install my internet. The technician knocked over a picture frame and knocked it into the TV - cracking the screen.
I have called technician - called manager - said would get back to me. No response. I called 800 number - said to call local office. Called 800 number again - said they would need to call back.
Why does it seem I am getting the run around to file a claim for damage?
I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and this is unacceptable service. Please contact me to resolve and file claim.
