We have had Verizon for the past 15 years. A couple years ago we were having to reset the router about once a day so I purchased a new one. The problem has only gotten worse! We reset it a minimum of 5 times a day. Most days it's more like 10. I pay for the highest speed internet and can barely use it! I have to take online classes and can't rely on my connection. I can't connect directly with an Ethernet cable because my laptop doesn't have a port to do so. If I have to get on for my class, every other person in the house has to shut off their wi-fi and turn off all the tv's. This is extremely annoying. Many times we reset it and the wi-fi refuses to reconnect to anything. We also live in an area where fios is unavailable , and basically have no other option. My neighbor is dealing with the same issues as well. I feel like Verizon knows this so they refuse to fix the issues and continue to take our money every month for a service we can barely use.
