I moved apartments and my new apartment has FiOS equipment already set up can i just plug up my router and use the WiFi or do i have to make an appointment and have a tech come out?
When you go online or call to set up your installation there should be a self-install option. Sometimes the apartment may have an older model and requires a tech visit to upgrade the ONT. There are older ONT models that are limited to 75 mbps.
