I have been given the capability to access my work computer from my home computer, which has a Verizon Wireless Modem/Router GT704WG. I am not able to connect, however, even though everything installed correctly. In the user manual, it only addresses remote access the other way around (accessing your home computer from another computer). My IT department at work can't help me and I don't know what to do.
Can anyone help? I need to be able to remote access another computer FROM my Verizon connection.
