Just upgraded to Quantum, but I'm not getting the 50 mbps download speed. Speed tester is showing 19-20 mbps only. Upload speed is good, getting 20mbps there. What wrong with the download speed?
If you are using a wireless unit such as a laptop, Those speeds are onlu guaranteed through hard wired units. They need to aaaaadress this as they are very misleading in their ads for Quantum. They got me too 😞
