ONT Fell from wall - Fibre Cable pulled out

Hi all,

I came home today and had no TV or internet. I went to check the ONT and the box was no longer stuck to the wall in the electrical closet, it was hanging off and the fibre cable was not attached any more.

The fiber connector was still in the ONT, but the fiber cable is not attached to the connector anymore.

I have tried to put the fiber back in, but don't know what i am doing.

I have a technician booked but not for 5 days!!

Any quick advice on how to put the fibre cable back into the ONT?

Unfortunately no the fiber is broken and needs to be spliced or a new one ran. 

I would try to call again to see if they can move you up. 5 days is a long wait.

Thanks. Been on hold for 2 hrs now.

I got the original appointment online, so i'll stay on hold until they answer and see if they can speed it up at all
