ONT second ethernet port

My new 1G ONT has TWO ethernet ports (and a bunch of phone ports). The technician said it was used in some commercial settings to provide a second broadband connection.

Has anyone had any experience activating two ethernet ports on their ONT? Pricing?

I've never seen the commercial model. My guess is that service would be similar to the 211, with the exception that one ethernet port would be used for business "A" and the other port would be used by business "B".

For the POTS ports, they, too, would be split between the two businesses.

I remember there was a user whose ONT has 4 Ethernet jacks. The user called support several times and was finally able to activate it along with a second WAN IP. It also adds $15 or $35 (I couldn't remember) to the monthly bill.
