Only 2.4 WiFi is enabled and unable to see 5 GHz wifi and it is disabled on Fios router

Hi, I am using Fios Gigabit connection and I disabled SON as well. 

Fios online account shows 2.4 GHz as well as 5 GHz connections are enabled but I can't change enable/disable on my Fios router settings.

5 GHz connections are disabled to edit on my Fios router. Also i can't see these networks to connect from my smart phones(Iphone 12 pro). Interacted with Fios technical team and they couldn't help.

Disabling SON at the moment is not advisable any more.

For what reasons are you disabling the SON?
