Parental Controls: multiple rules to govern a single device please

I am trying to setup multiple parental control rules on a single device. I have set a rule blocking certain websites from 2 devices. On those same two devices i want to block internet access during a specific time of the day but when i go back to create another rule, those 2 devices are not on the list of devices that i can add to the rule.
Why is that? Can i not create multiple rules for a single device?

I am sorry but you cannot create multiple Parental Control rules for a single device, as of now.

If you simply want to block all Internet access at multiple scheduled times, you can do that through Access Control, which allows you to create as many rules as you want for a single device based on IP or MAC.

I hope this helps. Please let me if you need further assistance.

If you add other profiles to your device, they will not be affected by this app's settings for the child's account. This may be a problem. As I know each parental control app is different because the functions are different. So I had a choice of qustodio vs net nanny. You need to use extra security measures to prevent the child from switching to another account and bypassing parental control restrictions.

You are using device based parental controls and that is not the topic of this thread. You said device based parental controls can be overridden with a different network profile. That’s true, and that is the reason why network based parental controls is relatively more robust and is the type of parental control discussed here.
